I don't know why, but an Old West-styled steakhouse with a Greek name that features its own handcrafted brews strikes me as an odd mix of themes and demographics - especially in a small town like Southampton. But no matter. I'm not here to comment (much) on sociology, or review restaurants (I'll leave that to Fran Bellamy).
