- No guests of OPA-OPA, or any hired hand (except the trail boss), is permitted to carry on or about his or her person or in his or her saddle bags, any pistol, dirk, dagger, sling shot, knuckles, bowie knife or say any other instruments for shootin' or fightin'. Please leave your wallets, moneybelts and cash at the door with the trail boss. Thank you.
- All guests or patrons who refuse to tap a toe or scoot their boots on the dance floor shall be asked to change their attitude.
- Dancing with horses, dogs, coyotes and lampshades is not to be encouraged.
- Card playing and gambling of every description, whether engaged in by guests or hired hands, is strictly forbidden (unless with the trail boss).
- Sheriff, deputies, loafers, deadbeats, tramps, gamblers, politicians or disreputable persons, must not be entertained at any table nor will hired hands be permitted to give, loan or sell such persons any food, grain or provisions of any kind, nor shall such persons be permitted to remain on OPA-OPA's land under any pretext whatever (unless they're friends of the trail boss).
- If lead starts flyin' in here, grab your plate and eat under the table. It'll stop in a minute.
- No hired hand shall be permitted to rustle any cattle or stock horses from the herd already rustled at OPA-OPA (unless so directed by the trail boss).
- It is the sin of the owners of OPA-OPA to conduct it on the principal of right and justice to everyone; and for it to be excelled by no other eatery in the good behavior, sterling honesty and integrity, and general high character of its hired hands and guests and to this end it is necessary that the forgoing rules be adhered to.
